CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. At this UNRESERVED AUCTION the Auctioneer determines when an article is sold and all sales are final.  The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer will be the buyer. However, the Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid not commensurate with the item being offered, which is not in conflict with the fact of this being an unreserved sale.

2 CATALOG: The Auctioneer and Consignor have taken great care to insure that any statements or descriptions regarding the items contained in the catalogue are accurate. However all such statements and descriptions are statements of experienced opinion only. All parties bidding at the sale shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the identity and condition of any lot for sale and the authenticity of any description or statement regarding these lots, and all parties shall be precluded from raising any objections thereto after the sale of the lots in question on any grounds whatsoever.

4. REGISTER: All parties bidding at the sale shall register their full name, address and driver’s license number with the Auctioneer before the sale.

5. PAYMENT: THERE IS AN 8% BUYER’S PREMIUM ON ALL IN HOUSE SALES AND 13% ONLINE. Upon sale the purchaser must pay the full hammer price to the Auctioneer. All lots must be paid for by cash, check, debit or credit card. PURCHASES BY CASH OR CHECK ENJOY A 3% REDUCTION IN THIS PREMIUM. U.S. exchange will be calculated at the rate on Friday, Mar 2. ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO NOVA SCOTIA SALES TAX UNLESS WE SHIP OUT OF THE COUNTRY. Information will be available on site to assist in tax retrieval for those not living in Canada, as well as comprehensive information for Americans returning with goods to the U.S.

All parties bidding at the sale shall be held to have informed themselves as to the conditions of the sale.
